Hall Chadwick’s former Tax and Accounting Partner, Rave Ravendran established Aver Group in April 2004. Aver Group is a result of Hall Chadwick’s restructure and Rave’s ambition to provide clients with customised accounting solutions.

With over 30 years experience in accounting, finance and information technology, Rave provides Aver Group’s solid accounting platform. His initial training began in 1978 at Middlesex Polytechnic, England. His studies then followed with 6 years practical audit experience working for a medium sized firm in London, Leigh Carr. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant he continued using his accounting skills and experience in the information technology field.

During 1990 Rave and his family migrated to Australia for a better lifestyle. He joined Hall Chadwick in 1991 and due to the success of the division, he was invited to become a partner in 1998.
